There is another building collapse in Delhi. A PG for students. The entire machinery is active now but what we know that the deep rooted corruption and greed make any building guidelines and safety protocols optional for many builders. We need to set examples that should be deterrent for these builders and agencies responsible for enforcing these guidelines and protocols.
